The Maryland Zoo

Description

The third oldest zoo in the country, The Maryland Zoo houses over 1,500 mammals, birds, amphibians and reptiles, representing nearly 200 species.

Animals are displayed in natural settings replicating their native habitats. The Zoo runs various programmes, including school field trips.
